Do you work with specific booking systems or can you work with what we already have?
We can work with your existing system, migrate you to a better one, or build a custom solution. We're experienced with Cliniko, Jane App, Acuity, Calendly, and several CRM-integrated booking solutions. If your current system is the right tool and just needs to be configured and integrated properly, we'll do that. If it's the wrong tool, we'll tell you.
What CRM systems do you work with?
HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and custom CRM builds are our most common configurations for healthcare practices. The right choice depends on your practice size, team, and how sophisticated your patient pipeline management needs to be.
How quickly can the automation sequences start running?
Typically within 2–3 weeks of the project start. We prioritize the highest-impact automations first, usually inquiry follow-up and appointment reminder sequences, so you start seeing conversion improvement before the full system is complete.
Can this work for multiple practitioners and multiple locations?
Yes and this is exactly where a properly designed system pays the most. Multi-practitioner, multi-location booking and management is one of the most common problems we solve. A unified view of your pipeline across the whole practice is one of the primary outputs.
We're worried about disrupting our existing patient data. How do you handle migration?
Data migration is a standard part of any system change we manage. We'll audit your current data, design the migration structure, run the migration in a staging environment before touching production, and verify data integrity throughout. Patient data continuity is non-negotiable.
Do you provide ongoing support after the system goes live?
Yes. We offer ongoing support retainers covering system monitoring, automation tuning, integration updates, and team questions as your practice evolves. Most practices keep us involved for at least the first 90 days after launch while the team settles into the new workflow.
