Shoot day(s) managed by our production team. We handle all direction, lighting, and audio on-site. We minimize disruption to your practice, most shoots are completed in a half or full day.

Editing, color grading, sound design, music licensing, and motion graphics. We produce multiple edits from each shoot: long-form for website, cut-downs for social, square and vertical formats for paid ads.
2–3 weeks
All files delivered in platform-specific formats with captions and subtitles. Performance review at 30 and 90 days to inform next content priorities.

Not necessarily, though patient story content typically performs best for acquisition. Practitioner profile films, practice walk-throughs, and procedure explainers are all highly effective content types that don't require patient participation. We'll recommend the content mix most appropriate for your practice and patient consent situation.
We use comprehensive video consent documentation for all patient-featuring content, and we advise on GDPR and GMC/AMA guidelines for medical video content throughout the process. We'll never recommend content that puts your practice in a compliance risk position.
Minimal, with proper planning. Most shoots work in clinical or reception spaces during quieter periods, or we agree a specific day with your team. We're used to healthcare environments and understand that patient care takes precedence. A typical brand shoot takes 4–6 hours.
From a single brand shoot, we typically produce 4–6 distinct deliverables: a long-form practice film, a shorter social cut, a square format version, a vertical version for Reels and Stories, and a thumbnail image set. The content value of a single shoot day is significant when it's planned and edited well.
