Brand Review

If we haven't developed your brand identity, we review your existing brand guidelines and assets before beginning any design work. This ensures everything we produce is consistent with your established identity.

Brief & Scoping

For each project, we agree a clear brief, what's needed, where it'll be used, who it's for, and what it needs to achieve. This prevents revision loops and ensures the final output is genuinely fit for purpose.

1–2 days per project

Design & Iteration

Initial design concepts presented for review, with two rounds of revision included as standard. Complex projects or multi-asset campaigns may include a creative direction phase before production.

Production & Delivery

Final files prepared for their intended output, print-ready PDFs, web-optimized images, editable source files, or platform-specific social formats, and delivered with clear production notes.

Ongoing Retainer

For practices with regular design requirements, a monthly retainer provides a defined scope of work, priority turnaround, and consistent output without needing to scope and agree each individual project from scratch.

Things practices usually ask us.

Do you handle both one-off projects and ongoing design needs?

Yes. We work on a project basis for defined deliverables and on a monthly retainer for practices with ongoing requirements. Retainer clients get priority turnaround, a consistent design resource who knows their brand deeply, and a predictable monthly cost.

What if we don't have brand guidelines?

We'll either develop them as part of our Brand Identity service (recommended if you want a thorough approach) or derive a working visual system from your existing assets before beginning design work. We'll tell you which is right based on what you currently have.

Can you produce content for social media on an ongoing basis?

Yes, this is one of our most common retainer workstreams. We produce social content to a consistent schedule: designed posts, branded templates, and campaign-specific creative. We can also advise on content strategy and posting schedules if that's useful.

How quickly can you turn around urgent requests?

Retainer clients have priority turnaround, typically 24–48 hours for straightforward requests. Project-based clients have standard turnaround times agreed at briefing. We will always be transparent about what's achievable if a tight deadline comes up.

Do we get editable source files?

Yes, always. All design work is produced in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite and source files are included in every delivery. You own everything we produce for you.

Do you work with practices that already have a designer internally?

Yes. We can work as an extension of your in-house team, handling overflow, specialty formats, or campaign work your internal resource doesn't have bandwidth for. We align to your existing brand system and hand off source files in the formats your team uses.
